Job Description

Bancassurance Manager

Key Responsibilities:

Build and manage strong relationships with bank branch staff and management.
Drive life insurance sales through the banks customer base and walk-ins.
Provide training and support to bank staff to enhance their understanding of life insurance products.
Generate leads from bank walk-ins and provide product solutions to meet customer needs.
Conduct regular follow-ups with clients and ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
Ensure compliance with regulatory and company policies at all times.
Track performance and provide regular updates to regional and zonal sales heads.

Requirements:

Bachelors degree in any discipline
Minimum 2–5 years of experience in life insurance sales, preferably in the banca channel.
Strong communication and relationship management skills.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets.
Ability to train and motivate partner bank staff.
Familiarity with local language (Kannada) is a plus.
