Job Description

Corporat Sales Manager

Roles & Responsibilities:

Manage and lead a cluster of branches under the Banca Channel partnership.
Drive sales targets and ensure consistent performance across the assigned cluster.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank branch managers and frontline staff.
Monitor and improve productivity of Relationship Managers and Sales Executives.
Conduct regular training and motivation sessions to enhance team effectiveness.
Ensure proper implementation of sales processes and compliance guidelines.
Coordinate with internal teams and bank partners for smooth business operations.
Analyze sales trends, identify gaps, and strategize for business growth.
Prepare and present periodic reports to senior management.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.

Desired Candidate Profile:

Graduation/Post-Graduation in any stream (MBA preferred).
7+ years of Sales experience in which Min 1+ Years of Life insurance Experience with Team Handling mandatory.
Proven experience in managing a sales team and handling a multi-branch setup.
Strong leadership, interpersonal, and relationship management skills.
Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
Willingness to travel within the assigned territory/cluster.
