The Field Sales Manager will enhance life insurance sales through bank partnerships, fostering strong relationships, training staff, and ensuring compliance with regulations.
Drive life insurance sales through assigned bank branches.
Build and maintain strong relationships with bank staff and managers.
Conduct training sessions on insurance products for bank employees.
Achieve sales and revenue targets for the bancassurance channel.
Support customers in understanding and purchasing insurance policies.
Ensure compliance with all regulatory and company policies.
Bachelor's degree in business or a related field (preferred).
Proven sales experience in bancassurance, banking, or insurance.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
Target-driven mindset with leadership capabilities.
