· Screen resumes, schedule and coordinate interviews, and maintain an active candidate pipeline.
· Handle employee lifecycle management – onboarding, confirmations, transfers, exits, and documentation.
· Maintain and update employee master data, contracts, payroll inputs, and leave records.
· Support visa processing, insurance coordination, and compliance documentation for UAE and remote employees.
· Maintain HR files, letters, and digital records in line labor law standards.
· Manage HRMS data accuracy and ensure process compliance.
· Assist in preparing and implementing HR policies, SOPs, and handbooks.
· Support performance management cycles, including KPI tracking, reviews, and reporting.
· Conduct employee engagement activities and support training/learning initiatives.
· Address employee queries, grievances, and ensure smooth internal communication.
· Reduction in average time-to-fill and improved quality of hire.
· Timely and accurate execution of payroll and HR operations.
· Error-free employee documentation and compliance records.
· Consistent improvement in employee experience and HR process efficiency.
· Recruitment and HR data reporting to management on a monthly basis.
· Strong understanding of technical hiring, particularly in SAP and IT roles.
· Excellent knowledge of India labor law, and payroll processes.
· Hands-on experience with HRMS/ATS tools (Zoho, BambooHR, or similar).
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
· Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
· Ability to work independently in a fast-paced, hybrid environment.
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Master’s preferred).
· 6-7 years of HR experience, including at least 3+ years in technical recruitment.
· Prior experience in an IT/SAP consulting environment is highly preferred.
· Certifications such as CHRP, CHRM, or SHRM-CP are an advantage.
· A collaborative and growth-driven environment.
· Exposure to multi-country HR practices (UAE, India, Egypt, KSA).
