Human Resources Specialist

As an experienced Human Resources (HR) Manager with 4+ years of experience, you will be responsible for managing all HR functions to ensure smooth operations within the company. Your key responsibilities will include: - Recruitment and Talent Acquisition: - Leading end-to-end recruitment processes such as job postings, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Developing strategies to attract top talent and building a robust talent pipeline. - Employee Relations and Engagement: - Fostering a positive workplace culture and effectively addressing employee concerns. - Planning and executing employee engagement activities, team-building sessions, and recognition programs. - Performance Management: - Implementing performance evaluation processes and ensuring timely appraisals. - Providing guidance and training to managers on performance improvement plans. - Policy Development and Compliance: - Developing, updating, and enforcing HR policies in compliance with labor laws and company standards. - Ensuring proper documentation and maintenance of employee records. - Training and Development: - Identifying training needs and coordinating learning and development programs for employees. - Supporting career development initiatives and succession planning. - HR Operations: - Handling exit interviews, employee offboarding, and retention strategies. Qualifications and Skills required for this role: - Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field. - 4+ years of experience in a Human Resources role. - Strong knowledge of labor laws, HR best practices, and compliance. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills. - Proficiency in HR software and tools. - Ability to manage multiple priorities and work in a fast-paced environment.
