Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Human Resources (HR) Manager, based in Gurugram with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The HR Manager will be responsible for overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, managing employee relations, and implementing HR policies in alignment with organizational goals. Day-to-day tasks include talent acquisition, performance management, coordinating employee training and development, and ensuring compliance with labor laws. Additionally, the role involves supporting leadership with strategic HR planning and fostering a positive workplace culture.

Qualifications

Expertise in recruitment, onboarding, and talent acquisition
Proficiency in employee relations, performance management, and conflict resolution
Experience in implementing HR policies, compliance, and labor law regulations
Strong organizational and leadership skills for strategic workforce planning
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Proficient in using HR software or tools to streamline processes
Ability to work independently in a hybrid setting and collaborate with a diverse team
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field; additional certifications (e.g., SHRM or PHR) are a plus
