Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Front Desk Receptionist located in Gurugram. As a Front Desk Receptionist, you will manage day-to-day front desk activities including greeting and assisting visitors, handling phone calls, and scheduling appointments. You will also maintain a clean and welcoming reception area, handle incoming and outgoing mail, and coordinate office supplies. Occasional work from home is acceptable as part of this role.

Qualifications

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Experience with front desk responsibilities such as greeting visitors, handling phone calls, and managing appointments
Proficiency in office software (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
Ability to manage multiple tasks and work independently
Experience in customer service or a client-facing role is a plus
High school diploma or equivalent
Professional appearance and attitude
