Role Overview:

Human Resource Executive

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage

  end-to-end recruitment

  — sourcing, screening, scheduling interviews, and onboarding candidates.
• Prepare and maintain HR documentation such as

  offer letters, appointment letters, and employee records

  .
• Handle

  attendance, payroll coordination, and leave management

  .
• Conduct

  employee engagement and training activities

  to build a positive work environment.
• Support management in

  performance appraisals and employee evaluations

  .
• Assist in drafting and updating

  HR policies and procedures

  .
• Maintain confidentiality and accuracy in handling employee data.
• Resolve employee queries and support grievance handling.
• Coordinate with other departments for manpower planning and new hiring requirements.

Requirements:

• Minimum

  1 year of experience

  in HR or recruitment.
• Bachelor’s degree in

  Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field

  .
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of

  MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)

  .
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Ability to multitask and handle work responsibilities independently.
• Should be based in

  Meerut

  or nearby areas.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with

  HRMS or recruitment portals (Indeed, Naukri, LinkedIn)

  .
• Basic understanding of

  labor laws and compliance

  .
• Confident personality with a proactive and positive attitude.
