Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Human Resources Specialist located in Gurugram. The Human Resources Specialist will be responsible for overseeing and managing human resources functions, including implementing HR policies, managing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with personnel management practices. Additional responsibilities include developing and maintaining HR strategies and providing support for employee engagement and organizational development efforts.

Qualifications

  • Strong knowledge and experience in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management
  • Ability to implement and oversee HR Policies and Employee Benefits
  • Experience in Personnel Management, including employee relations and compliance
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Proficiency in HR software systems and tools is a plus
  • Familiarity with labor laws and regulatory compliance is advantageous
