🔹 Key Responsibilities:

Handle end-to-end HR operations (onboarding to exit)

Maintain 𝐇𝐑 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

Manage payroll, attendance & leave management.

Support performance management & employee engagement initiatives.

Drive HR process improvements and ensure smooth operations.

🔹 Desired Skills & Qualification:

MBA/PGDM in HR or related field.

Strong knowledge of 𝐇𝐑 𝐫𝐞𝐜𝐨𝐫𝐝𝐬, 𝐩𝐨𝐥𝐢𝐜𝐢𝐞𝐬 & 𝐜𝐨𝐦𝐩𝐥𝐢𝐚𝐧𝐜𝐞.

Excellent communication & problem-solving skills.

Ability to work in a fast-paced IT environment.

𝐏𝐥𝐞𝐚𝐬𝐚𝐧𝐭 𝐩𝐞𝐫𝐬𝐨𝐧𝐚𝐥𝐢𝐭𝐲 with the ability to maintain professionalism.
