Role Description

This is an internship opportunity for a Human Resources Specialist. The role involves assisting with HR management, developing HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and managing personnel records. The specialist will contribute to various HR functions, ensuring smooth operations and compliance. This is an on-site role based in Gurugram, providing hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Human Resources (HR) functions and practices
• Understanding of HR Management and HR Policies
• Experience or familiarity with Employee Benefits and Personnel Management
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work on-site and collaborate effectively with a team
• A background or coursework in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields is a plus
