Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Talent Acquisition Intern located in Andhra Pradesh, India. The Talent Acquisition Intern will be responsible for assisting with the full-life cycle recruiting process, helping to attract and engage potential candidates. Day-to-day tasks will include supporting the hiring process, employer branding activities, coordinating and conducting interviews, and updating candidate records. The intern will work closely with the Talent Acquisition team to ensure a smooth and efficient recruitment process.

Qualifications

• Skills in Full-life Cycle Recruiting, Recruiting, and Hiring processes
• Experience with Employer Branding strategies and practices
• Ability to conduct and coordinate Interviewing sessions
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team
• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
