Job Description: As a Talent Acquisition Intern at Codebey Technologies Pvt. Ltd., located on-site in Kolkata, you will be responsible for full-life cycle recruiting, hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting activities on a day-to-day basis. Your role will involve utilizing your skills in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring, employer branding, interviewing, and recruiting, while showcasing your excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Working in a fast-paced environment, you will be expected to demonstrate knowledge of HR best practices and contribute to the company's recruitment efforts. Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or a related field will be an advantage in performing your responsibilities effectively. Key Responsibilities: - Conducting full-life cycle recruiting and hiring processes - Developing and implementing employer branding strategies - Conducting interviews to assess candidate suitability - Executing recruiting activities to attract top talent - Collaborating with team members to enhance recruitment processes Qualifications Required: - Proficiency in full-life cycle recruiting and hiring - Strong skills in employer branding - Previous experience in conducting interviews - Demonstrated recruiting skills - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment - Knowledge of HR best practices - Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources or related field Please note that the company offers performance bonuses and the job type is full-time, with a day shift schedule.
