Talent Acquisition Intern

As a Talent Acquisition intern at our company, you will play a key role in the full-cycle recruiting process. Your responsibilities will include: - Coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs. - Contacting applicants via calls and emails for screening purposes. - Coordinating with the HR team and hiring manager to understand the selection criteria. - Working proactively with the candidate sourcing team to contact potential candidates within 24-48 hours of receiving their application. - Using creative methods to source candidates through online channels like Social Media and professional networks. - Planning interview and selection procedures, from screening calls to assessments and in-person interviews. - Assessing candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using our Applicant Tracking System. To excel in this role, you should possess the following qualifications: - Pursuing graduation or already graduated with any degree. - Excellent verbal and written communication skills. - A deep understanding of the various roles within organizations. - Self-motivated, disciplined, and passionate about talent acquisition.
