Talent Acquisition Intern:

We are looking for a motivated Recruiting Intern to join our HR team. In this role, you will gain hands-on experience in the recruitment & onboarding process. This internship offers a great opportunity to learn about talent acquisition

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Supporting the recruitment team with sourcing & administrative tasks.

2. To build a pipeline of potential candidate & maintaining all recruiting data.

3. Maintain & update candidate information in the applicant tracking system

4. Assist in organizing and managing the onboarding process for new hires.

5. Help in maintaining the documentation of the new joiners.

Preferred candidate profile

Any educational background is welcome; a qualification in Human Resources or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.

Experience will also be preferred.
Genuine interest and enthusiasm for recruitment and talent acquisition.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Strong interpersonal skills and ability to interact well with candidates and team members. Eager to learn, proactive, and detail-oriented.Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment and handling multiple tasks.
