Key Responsibilities Strategic Leadership: Define and drive the overall business strategy to grow Entelect’s BPO and AI-driven service portfolio. Business Development: Expand client base across industries, develop partnerships, and introduce new revenue streams. Operations Management: Ensure high efficiency, service quality, compliance, and delivery excellence across all accounts. Financial Stewardship: Oversee P&L, budgeting, investments, and ensure sustainable profitability. Capital Contribution: Contribute agreed capital investment and take an active role in financial decision-making. Governance & Partnership: Collaborate with other partners, ensure transparent reporting, and uphold LLP governance standards. Innovation: Leverage automation, AI, and proprietary platforms to reduce costs, improve outcomes, and maintain a competitive edge. Talent & Culture: Recruit, mentor, and build high-performing teams while fostering a culture of ownership, urgency, and accountability. Minimum Qualifications & Skills Willingness and ability to make a capital investment in the LLP as part of the partnership role. 10+ years of leadership experience in BPO, Contact Center, Customer Experience, or related industries. Strong record in scaling operations, client acquisition, and managing service delivery. Expertise in P&L management, business expansion, and capital allocation. Familiarity with AI automation, chat/voice bots, CRM/LMS solutions, and digital-first operations. Excellent interpersonal, negotiation, and leadership skills.
