Talent Acquisition Intern

As a part of the Bhanzu team, you will be playing a crucial role in sourcing candidates from various job portals based on the company's requirements. Your responsibilities will include: - Screening candidates" resumes and job applications - Conducting pre-screening calls to analyze applicants" abilities - Developing recruiting strategies to identify qualified candidates through various recruiting tools - Evaluating candidates" strengths compared with internal requirements - Assessing candidates" knowledge, communication skills, aptitude, and experience Additionally, you will be involved in onboarding new employees and providing analytical and well-documented recruiting reports. The ideal candidate for this position must possess: - Excellent communication skills, both oral and written - A Graduation or Post-graduation degree - Self-driven attitude to achieve assigned targets - Ability to research and understand the business process - Excellent learning skills - Good relationships with candidates - Proficiency in tools such as MS-Office, Google Sheets, etc. This internship role has a contract length of 6 months with a salary of 120,000.00 and includes day shift and morning shift options, along with a performance bonus.
