Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Bengaluru for a Talent Acquisition Intern. The internship will involve supporting the full lifecycle of recruiting, including sourcing potential candidates, managing interviews, and assisting with hiring processes. The candidate will collaborate with the Talent Acquisition team to maintain employer branding initiatives and ensure a positive candidate experience. Additional responsibilities may include administrative tasks and supporting the team in achieving hiring objectives efficiently.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Full-Life Cycle Recruiting and Recruiting essentials
• Experience or familiarity with Interviewing techniques and best practices
• Understanding of Hiring processes and Employer Branding strategies
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively in an on-site team environment in Bengaluru
• An educational background in Human Resources Management or related fields is beneficial
