Role: Talent Acquisition Intern (Fresher)
Location: Baner, Pune (On-site)
Duration: 6-Month Internship + PPO Offer
Stipend: Based on interview performance

We are looking for enthusiastic and driven Talent Acquisition Interns to join our team and gain hands-on experience in a fast-growing tech environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand both technical and non-technical hiring requirements
• Source candidates through platforms such as Naukri, LinkedIn, referrals, and other sourcing channels
• Conduct initial candidate screenings for technical alignment and cultural fit
• Manage the end-to-end recruitment lifecycle
• Ensure a smooth and positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process

Ideal Candidate

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, IT, or related fields
• Strong interest in IT recruitment (knowledge of developer, tester, or DevOps roles is an advantage)
• Good communication, coordination, and organizational skills
• Familiarity with job portals or ATS tools (preferred, not mandatory)

Added Advantages

• Exposure to permanent or contract hiring
• Prior internship or experience with IT recruitment processes
• Basic understanding of the software development lifecycle (SDLC)
