Job Description

We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Intern to support our tech hiring efforts at BeBetta. The role involves sourcing resumes, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and ensuring a great candidate experience.

Key Responsibilities

Source and screen resumes for tech roles (AI/ML Engineers, Golang Developers, Android etc.).
Reach out to candidates, conduct initial conversations, and assess basic fit.
Coordinate and align interviews with hiring panels.
Collect, update, and maintain interview feedback in the recruitment system/ATS.
Support employer branding activities (social posts, hiring campaigns, etc.).
Maintain candidate pipelines and ensure timely communication.

Requirements

Strong interest in recruitment and talent acquisition.
Good communication and coordination skills.
Basic understanding of tech roles is a plus.
Ability to work in a fast-paced startup environment.
