As the Ad Monetization Manager, you will own and scale BeBetta s ad revenue engine. You ll be responsible for optimizing eCPMs, managing ad mediation layers, improving fill rates, and maximizing ARPDAU across our high-engagement user base. You ll work cross-functionally to ensure monetization enhances rather than disrupts the user experience. Key Responsibilities Manage and optimize ad mediation platforms (e.g., AdMob, AppLovin MAX, ironSource, Unity Ads). Define and iterate ad placement strategies to balance user engagement and revenue. Continuously monitor and optimize eCPMs, fill rates, impressions, ARPDAU, and LTV across geographies and segments.
