We are currently looking for a Motion Graphics Artist. As a core member of the Marketing Team, you ll be required to undertake a number of company functions, including game content, user acquisition, PR, support, community management, and business partnerships. REQUIRED SKILLS & EXPERIENCE ROLE: Create high-quality motion graphics based on existing assets for our products and trailers. Work closely with our cinematics, conversion, and 3D teams. Conceptualize and execute motion animations using visual design (typography, composition, color, etc). Help create storyboards. Designing, pitching, animating, and seeing projects through completion. Animated user acquisition ad units that incorporate motion graphics, game capture footage, live-action footage, character animations, and other dynamic elements. Social postings, animated promotional banners, and contest landing pages. Animated graphic elements for company websites, blogs and app stores. Game capture from different mobile devices. Requirement Advanced knowledge of After Effects and the rest of Adobe Creative Suite Good knowledge of 3D Max and Cinema 4D Well-versed in texturing, shading, lighting, rendering and other important aspects. Good eye for composition, framing, and timing Good knowledge of third-party plugins Knowledge of video industry-standard formats, and media management practices on MAC/PC platforms Ability to conceptualize, plan, and execute the creation of original GFX for projects. Good listener and able to take constructive criticism. Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment. Ability to multitask while maintaining professionalism and composure. Take an active, hands-on role in developing, maintaining, and refining game art. Conceptualise mockups and draft presentations for game pitches. Support the evolution and maintenance of art pipeline workflow. Troubleshoot problems on the reintegration of outsourced assets into the 3D arts. The model and texture are of high quality, with high and low poly 3D content. Develop high poly sculpts and textures for 3D arts. Creating assets required for the game. Using innovation to design Characters, environment, Props and objects for the game. Creating Texture for Characters, environment, Props and objects for the game. Thinking creatively to produce 3D graphics and formats to deliver the assets to the technical team. Understanding of optimisation and an ability to produce assets. Being Highly creative and showing enthusiasm, imagination and spontaneity. Responsible for smooth and timely handover to other internal teams. Maintain good communication to work effectively as an individual contributor and as an active team member. Required Skills: Experience with both exterior & interior environment modelling Hands-on Experience in Character Modeling. Expert knowledge of 3DSMax and Photoshop. Experience in creating walkthroughs. Good understanding of Lighting. Ability to create Photorealistic Textures. Understanding of Material setup and in-built Shaders, texture Compression, VFX - Particle system. Expert knowledge of Z Brush and Substance Painter. Excellent knowledge of real-time modelling techniques (shaders, PBR, normal, displacement etc.) Proven ability to think conceptually and broadly about projects and the brand as a whole, and to develop and evolve creative systems. Knowledge of Unity is an added advantage. Requirment: Bachelor s degree or College Diploma in Arts, Graphic Arts, or a related field is required 3 - 5 years of games industry experience with industry 3D packages, preferably 3DSMax & Z Brush Experience working on published AAA games is a strong advantage Strong verbal and written Communication Skills.
