As a potential candidate for the role, you will be responsible for various tasks related to recruitment and HR processes. Your key responsibilities will include: - Updating the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) at each stage of the hiring process. - Screening potential candidates and reviewing application forms to identify suitable profiles. - Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates. - Posting job openings on various job channels and social media platforms. - Scheduling and confirming interviews with candidates. - Maintaining a positive candidate experience and contributing to building the employer brand. - Ensuring data is maintained in the required formats and generating reports. - Participating in organizing company events and career days. - Fostering a positive working environment. - Demonstrating a strong sense of ownership for assigned tasks and a willingness to go the extra mile when needed. - Being an effective communicator who can establish rapport with individuals at all levels.
