Talent Acquisition Intern

As an enthusiastic HR Caller Intern at our company, you will be an integral part of the Talent Acquisition team. Your role will involve reaching out to potential candidates, understanding hiring requirements, and assisting in filling open positions across various departments like Sales, Customer Support, and Logistics. This internship will provide you with hands-on exposure to the end-to-end recruitment process, helping you build a strong foundation in HR hiring. Key Responsibilities: - Make extensive outbound calls to potential candidates for various open roles. - Explain job descriptions and company details clearly and effectively. - Maintain daily call reports and candidate databases. - Coordinate with HR recruiters to understand hiring needs and align calling targets. - Schedule interviews and follow up with candidates until joining. - Ensure a positive candidate experience throughout the hiring process. - Support other recruitment activities as assigned by the HR team. Requirements: - Freshers or recent graduates from any stream are encouraged to apply. - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills are a must. - Eagerness to learn recruitment processes and grow in the HR domain. - Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet daily calling targets. - Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets is preferred.
