About Rapido:

4 million rides completed daily

Responsibilities

Assist in sourcing and screening potential candidates through various platforms.
Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
Maintain and update the applicant tracking system with accurate candidate information.
Support the creation and posting of job advertisements on relevant platforms.
Conduct initial candidate outreach and follow-ups to ensure engagement.
Assist in organizing recruitment events and career fairs.
Collaborate with the HR team to improve recruitment processes and strategies.
Provide administrative support to the Talent Acquisition team as needed.
