Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resource Specialist at Secure Logic India Pvt Ltd, your role involves a variety of tasks related to the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new employees, as well as the termination of employees. You will be responsible for administering and enforcing company policies and procedures, conducting job analyses, screening and interviewing candidates, making hiring recommendations, onboarding new employees, managing employee records and benefits, resolving workplace disputes, and staying up-to-date on employment law and best practices. Key Responsibilities: - Administer and enforce company policies and procedures related to hiring, firing, and employee relations. - Conduct job analyses, develop job descriptions, and update them as necessary. - Screen and interview candidates for open positions and provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers. - Onboard new employees, provide orientation and training, and act as a consultant to help them onboard effectively. - Manage employee records, benefits, and investigate employee complaints, resolving workplace disputes as needed. - Stay updated on employment law and best practices, monitor key HR metrics, and collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs. Qualifications: - Bachelor's/Masters degree in human resources, business administration, or a related field. - 3-6 years of experience in human resources, preferably with a focus on employee relations. - Strong understanding of employment law, excellent written and verbal communication skills. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team, handle sensitive information with discretion, work under pressure, and meet deadlines.
