Job Title: Associate GRC (AQSA) / GRC Consultant (QSA)

Job Type: Permanent

Experience Required: 4 to 11 Years

Level: Mid-Level

Mandatory Qualifications & Certifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Science (minimum) or Master's Degree

- PCI DSS QSA (Qualified Security Assessor)

- CISA or ISO 27001 Lead Auditor

- CISM / CISSP / SANS Certification or ISO 27001 Lead Implementer

- Strong analytical, communication, and quantitative skills

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Role Summary:

The GRC Consultant will lead and deliver PCI DSS audits and assessments, provide strategic

information security consulting, and manage professional services engagements. The role includes

technical consultation, implementation, and internal strategic initiatives, with responsibilities in team

management, proposal development, and client engagement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Deliver and manage PCI DSS, ISMS, and other security framework engagements

- Conduct gap analyses, internal audits, and risk assessments (ISO 31000, ISO 27005)

- Provide pre-sales support including proposal writing and tender responses

- Lead vulnerability and penetration testing engagements

- Review and implement security policies, frameworks, and architecture

- Mentor junior staff and contribute to process improvements

- Report project progress and issues in a timely manner

- Be accountable for all client proposals, contracts, tenders, and panel bids following Secure Logic's

procedures

- Maintain a minimum billable utilization target of 85%

- Present Secure Logic to potential clients and groups through various communication streams

- Ability to travel is a must; attending trade shows and events will be required

- Lead generation for new business channel development

- Stay updated with current Information Security standards such as ISO 27001:2013, ISO 31000,

PCI DSS, ISO 20000, ITIL, CSA Framework, ISACA guidelines, and relevant Government policies

- Manage and coordinate the delivery of consulting or managed service projects

- Assist in Professional Services team KPI reporting processes

- Track and report on all current and completed projects

- Provide internal status reports to Management
