Responsibilities:

• Conduct detailed analysis of business processes (including GRC processes) and identify areas for improvement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements with a focus on Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) implementation and service delivery.
• Participate in all stages of the SDLC, including GRC module implementation.
• Develop and implement solutions to enhance organizational efficiency, profitability, and compliance posture.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to identify business and GRC requirements and develop project plans.
• Define project scope, objectives, and deliverables aligned with compliance and regulatory standards.
• Experience in creating and maintaining clear, concise, and accurate documentation for various audiences (BRDs, FSDs, user guides, process maps, etc.) with special emphasis on GRC workflows. Communicate project status and progress to stakeholders and project team members.
• Identify and manage project risks, compliance gaps, and issues.
• Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather business and GRC requirements and present proposed solutions.
• Participate in the development of user acceptance testing plans and scenarios, especially for GRC platforms (ServiceNow GRC, RSA Archer, MetricStream, etc.).
• Provide support and guidance to project team members during GRC solution implementations. Conduct post-implementation reviews to ensure successful delivery of projects and compliance objectives.

Required Skills:

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to identify and solve complex business and GRC-related problems.
• Proficiency in SQL and data visualization tools (Tableau, Power BI).
• Understanding of Agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban).
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (Python, R) (optional).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in project management, agile methodologies, and GRC implementation projects. Ability to work collaboratively with stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including risk and compliance teams.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast paced environment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
