Human Resources Specialist

Role Overview:

As an HR Recruiter with a finance background, you will be responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment while also contributing to HR operations. Proficiency in handling HRMS, strong Excel skills, and effective communication will be key to success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

● Manage the end-to-end recruitment process including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and assessing candidates.

● Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and define candidate profiles.

● Utilize multiple sourcing techniques (job portals, social media, networking, etc.) to attract qualified candidates.

● Conduct candidate assessments including skills evaluation, behavioral interviews, and reference checks.

● Build and maintain a strong talent pipeline for current and future hiring needs.

● Handle HRMS effectively for recruitment and employee data management.

● Prepare and maintain recruitment reports and dashboards using Excel.

● Support HR operations with financial understanding to ensure compliance and accuracy.

Required Skills & Competencies:

● 2–3 years of proven experience in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

● Strong finance background with HR/recruitment exposure.

● Hands-on experience with HRMS systems.

● Proficiency in Excel (reporting, data analysis, dashboards).

● Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

● Strong organizational and time-management skills with attention to detail.

Preferred Qualifications:

● Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Finance, or a related field.

● HR certification is a plus.

● Experience in employer branding initiatives.

● Knowledge of diversity and inclusion best practices in recruitment.
