Human Resources Specialist

As a Human Resources Specialist at StarkFlow, you will play a crucial role in strengthening the internal HR function and supporting the recruitment teams in building a high-performing workforce. **Key Responsibilities:** - **Talent Acquisition & Recruitment Operations** - Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding. - Partner with hiring managers to understand role requirements and deliver suitable talent pipelines. - Maintain and enhance candidate databases and recruitment tracking systems (ATS/CRM). - **Employee Relations & Engagement** - Develop and implement employee engagement initiatives to foster a positive workplace culture. - Handle grievance redressal, conflict resolution, and disciplinary procedures in alignment with company policies. - **HR Policies & Compliance** - Ensure compliance with labor laws and HR policies, updating as required. - Oversee HR documentation such as contracts, performance appraisals, and employee records. - **Training & Development** - Identify skill gaps and coordinate training programs for recruitment teams. - Support continuous professional development initiatives to improve recruiter performance. - **Performance Management** - Assist in implementing performance evaluation systems and KPIs. - Work with department heads to track and improve employee productivity. **Qualifications:** - Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (Masters preferred). - Proven experience (minimum 4 years) in HR roles, preferably within recruitment or staffing agencies. - Strong knowledge of HR laws, regulations, and best practices. - Excellent interpersonal, communication, and conflict-resolution skills. - Proficiency in HR software, ATS, and MS Office tools. - Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
