Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site Human Resources Specialist role located in Chandigarh Mohali. The HR Specialist will be responsible for managing HR processes, implementing and maintaining HR policies, overseeing employee benefits, and ensuring compliance with company standards. Responsibilities include recruiting, onboarding, handling personnel management, and creating a supportive work environment. The position also involves addressing employee concerns, driving HR initiatives, and fostering organizational growth.


Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Human Resources (HR) and HR Management principles and practices
  • Lead full-cycle recruitment for multiple positions: develop job descriptions, post openings on job boards and social media, and manage applicant tracking systems.
  • Ability to design and implement HR Policies and manage Employee Benefits programs
  • Strong skills in Personnel Management and handling employee relations
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Problem-solving aptitude and organizational abilities
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field
  • Prior experience in an HR-related role is highly beneficial
  • Knowledge of labor laws and compliance regulations is preferred
