Key Responsibilities

Talent Acquisition & Recruitment

  • Manage full-cycle recruitment across the organisation.
  • Lead hiring for

    School of Angels

    — including teachers, academic staff, and support roles.
  • Plan and execute

    campus recruitment drives

    to build a strong talent pipeline.
  • Conduct interviews, handle candidate assessments, and coordinate onboarding.

HR Operations & Documentation

  • Maintain accurate employee records, agreements, HR documentation, and compliance requirements.
  • Support performance management processes and HR policy implementation.
  • Assist in payroll coordination and employee queries when required.

Culture & Engagement

  • Drive employee engagement initiatives that strengthen organisational culture.
  • Support leadership in internal communications, team-building activities, and culture-enhancement programs.

Office & Administrative Support

  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth day-to-day office operations.
  • Assist leadership with operational tasks, vendor coordination, and administrative support during peak activities.



Who We’re Looking For

  • Freshers to 2 years of experience

    in HR, operations, or related fields.
  • Educational background in

    Psychology, HR, or Communications

    is preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Strong organisational abilities and a proactive, solution-oriented mindset.
  • Passion for building a positive and high-performing workplace.
  • Must be willing to work

    on-site in Bangalore
