At Bitek Energy , we’re looking for a Grid-Tied Inverter & Battery Energy Storage Systems (BESS) Engineer with 1+ years of experience to join our growing team. Location : Punjab Experience : 1+ years Key Responsibilities: You’ll work on some of the most exciting challenges in clean energy—designing, integrating, and improving inverter and BESS systems. This includes: Designing and testing grid-tied inverter systems Supporting BESS integration and deployment Collaborating with R&D and project teams Troubleshooting and resolving technical issues in real-time Qualifications: A Bachelors/Masters in Electrical Engineering (or related field) At least 01 years of hands-on experience with inverters and BESS Comfortable with simulation tools like MATLAB/Simulink or PSIM Strong understanding of power electronics and grid systems A proactive mind-set and solid problem-solving skills Why Work with us?
