Responsibilities: Sales of FG Product AHU Region West or Western India. Assess the market potential in the region for the Company’s HVAC products/Systems/Solutions. Analyze key competitor activities, strategies, and report internally. Also, help in creating counter moves. Able to create business opportunities and generate enquiries matching the key growth initiatives of the Company. Support in achieving the Budget figures for the region. Create, participate and monitor the effectiveness of business promotion programs in line with the company’s strategies. Establish regular contacts with regional Customers, End-users, Consultants and EPC Contractors. Profile: Graduate Mechanical Engineer from reputed and registered Engineering College Minimum 4-7 years of experience in selling (Product Group) or allied products to the industry preferably in the HVAC segment. Must have excellent sales skills AHU Must have relevant technical knowledge of Ventilation products and systems with emphasis on Basics specific to AHU Have a good knowledge of Commercial Terms and Conditions. Working with MS Word, Excel, PPT presentations, etc Knowledge of the Market and Growth potential. Must possess good technical knowledge and basics of Electrical as well as mechanical. Have effective communication and presentation skills and be fluent in English and local languages. Have excellent techno commercial knowledge and negotiation skills. Possess a pleasing personality and ability to work in a team. Be capable to network with customers, peers, subordinates and superiors. Physically fit & willing to travel extensively.
