Production Manager

Role & responsibilities

• Exposure into Control Panel/Electrical Panel manufacturing and Testing

• HVAC Controls and Instrumentation
• HVAC Product Development
• Refrigeration and Air Conditioning (RAC)
• Wiring Harness Making
• Power and Control circuit knowledge
• Preparation of process flow diagram & work instruction
• Preparing daily production plans & production reports, weekly and monthly MIS
• Achieve production target as per the schedule and ensure the quality of the Product.
• Manpower handling & develop them according to required skills.
• Experience in a leadership position, giving direction, Planning, and coordinating the work of others.
• PLC programming and troubleshooting
• Product and Process improvement
• Knowledge of VFD
• Cost Estimation

Preferred candidate profile

• Sound educational background required; Electrical Engineering Degree.

• Minimum 7-8 years of experience in production, Planning, testing, and troubleshooting of HVAC Products Like AHU, CCU, Chillers Understanding Data Centre market will be a plus

• Team-oriented individual with the ability to shift focus quickly and efficiently between varying tasks and priorities.

• Ability to organize and coordinate cross functional teams.

• Flexible approach and strong team working capabilities, prepared to support colleagues in the achievement of Company priorities and objectives.
