Job Summary: We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven individual to manage and grow our OEM (Original Equipment Manufacturer) and trade sales channel. The ideal candidate will be responsible for developing strong business relationships, identifying new sales opportunities, and achieving revenue targets through direct and channel sales efforts. Key Responsibilities: Develop and manage OEM and trade partner accounts to drive sales volume and market penetration. Build long-term relationships with B2B customers in the manufacturing and distribution sectors. Identify and qualify new business opportunities within assigned territories. Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to OEM clients and trade partners. Negotiate terms, pricing, and contracts with customers in coordination with internal stakeholders. Conduct regular field visits to maintain customer relationships and provide after-sales support. Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer feedback to adapt sales strategies. Collaborate with product development and marketing teams to align offerings with market needs. Achieve monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer information in CRM systems.
