Key Activities: Applying automation techniques to production lines to improve current production methods Design conceptualization of electrical/electronic system, preparation of BOM , circuit diagrams. Integration of existing systems/equipments with electronic & software system to ensure seamless operation. Identify the requirement of custom interfaces between existing setups/machine & proposed control systems or micro controller-based systems. Responsible for Complete knowledge transfer of control systems , PLC logics ,communication protocols from supplier during new equipment buyoff Understanding of communication interfaces of different devices like scanners , PCs , printers , any sensing devices & work on optimum industrial integration.
