Production Manager

As a Production Manager at our company, you will play a crucial role in overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure efficiency, safety, timeliness, and budget adherence. Your responsibilities will include: - Planning, organizing, and controlling the production process to meet quality, quantity, and cost targets. - Developing and implementing production schedules while optimizing resource utilization. - Supervising and leading production teams by providing coaching, feedback, and training. - Ensuring compliance with safety, environmental, and quality regulations. - Monitoring production metrics and implementing corrective actions as needed. - Collaborating with other teams to optimize workflow and drive continuous improvement initiatives. - Maintaining accurate production reports, analyzing data, and improving operational efficiency. - Managing inventory levels and coordinating material requirements with supply chain teams. - Ensuring preventive maintenance schedules are followed to minimize machine downtime. Qualifications & Skills: - Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, Operations Management, or related field (preferred). - 5+ years of proven experience in a production or manufacturing management role. - Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. - In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, equipment, and quality control standards. - Experience with ERP/MRP systems and production planning tools. - Working knowledge of Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, or other process improvement methodologies. - Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities. - Commitment to workplace safety and product quality.
