Sola Wood Flowers is looking for a Manager – Production to lead and scale our production operations in India.You will own day-to-day production output, quality, labor management, and continuous improvement across our Indian manufacturing operations. This role is critical to ensuring we can reliably produce high-quality sola wood flowers at scale and finished decor products as the business continues to grow.Experience in manufacturing, production, or factory operations is required. Experience with handcrafted or labor-intensive production environments is strongly preferred.
