Production Manager

In this role, you will be responsible for monitoring production processes to identify and resolve any issues that may arise. You will allocate labor resources effectively, track production schedules, and make cost adjustments to ensure smooth operations. Additionally, you will supervise and evaluate the performance of production personnel, such as quality inspectors and workers. Key Responsibilities: - Understand production schedules, product specifications, materials, and quality requirements to manage line performance and key performance indicators (KPIs) within the labor and operating expenses budget. - Maintain and update process documentation using company systems. - Document safety incidents, conduct investigations, and work towards reducing safety risks by proactively identifying and resolving issues related to behavior and facility safety. - Adhere to safety and regulatory policies and procedures, follow standard operating procedures, and report any food safety or regulatory concerns to the Production or Quality Manager. Qualifications Required: - Experience Level: 1 year of total work experience preferred. In this role, you will be working in person at the designated work location.
