Job Summary: We are looking for a Junior Production Engineer to assist in managing day-to-day production activities and ensuring efficient manufacturing processes. The ideal candidate should have a basic understanding of production planning, quality checks, process improvements, and machine operations. They will work closely with the production and quality teams to maintain workflow and meet output targets.

You will be responsible for maintaining and managing complete quality documentation according to industry and client standards. This includes preparing Certificates of Analysis (COA) for each batch prior to dispatch and monitoring product quality throughout all production stages. You will also conduct on-floor training for workers on hygiene, quality standards, and food safety practices. Handling certification processes such as renewals, audits, and ongoing compliance for FSSAI, ISO, HACCP, etc. is a key part of your role, along with leading internal and external audit preparations and compliance activities. In the event of client complaints, you will investigate root causes, address the issues, and prepare Corrective and Preventive Action (CAPA) reports. Additionally, you will oversee laboratory testing for biological and physical parameters and maintain quality-related documentation for clients. New market and product development, as well as monitoring production, will also be part of your responsibilities. The ideal candidate should have a B.Sc/M.Sc in Food Science, Microbiology, or a related discipline and possess a strong understanding of FSSAI, HACCP, GMP, and other quality standards. Experience with lab equipment, testing protocols, and documentation is essential. Strong communication skills are necessary for coordinating with clients and internal teams effectively. As an organized and detail-oriented individual, you should be dedicated to continuous quality improvement.
