Job Description

Key Responsibilities

Monitor daily production processes to ensure alignment with established standards and operating procedures. Train and coach operators and frontline teams to enhance process understanding, capability, and performance.

Lead continuous improvement initiatives (Lean, Kaizen, Quality improvement programs).

Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions to reduce defects and improve product quality.

Analyze production data, identify gaps, and drive efficiency improvements in cycle time and throughput.

Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams including quality, engineering, and maintenance to support operational goals.

Maintain documentation, process reports, and ensure updates to SOPs where required.

Qualifications Skills

Bachelors Degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Manufacturing Engineering, or equivalent technical field.
14 years of experience in manufacturing operations or process engineering (preferred).
Good knowledge of Lean manufacturing practices, quality systems, and process control.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
Ability to motivate, coach, and work effectively with shop-floor teams.
Proficiency in MS Office and production reporting tools.
