Job Description

Roles and Responsibilities :

Coach process trainers to deliver high-quality training programs for medical billing, denial management, and revenue cycle management.
Develop and maintain effective communication skills with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
Conduct regular performance evaluations of process trainers to ensure they meet quality standards.
Identify areas of improvement in the training program and implement changes to enhance its effectiveness.

Job Requirements :

5-7 years of experience in a similar role or industry (Medical Services/Hospital).
Strong knowledge of AR calling, denial handling, denial management, medical billing, process coaching, process training, processing voice processes.
Excellent communication skills with ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholders.
Experience working in US Healthcare or BPO/Call Centre environment.
