Tools Engineer

As a Tools Engineer, your role involves deploying new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, and maintaining PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. You will be responsible for troubleshooting user-reported problems, supporting Web access and electronic messaging services, and ensuring a secure systems environment. Additionally, you will provide infrastructure solutions based on application needs and growth predictions, install new servers, and maintain the infrastructure. Collaboration with clients and technical colleagues is a key aspect of this role as you work across all functional areas. You will also diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues. Furthermore, if you have enhanced knowledge of production monitoring, you may support systems or applications of low to medium complexity, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility with multiple concurrent users.
