Tools Engineer

Role Overview: As a Power Tools Engineer at LIZMA TOOLS INDIA PVT. LTD. located in Kolkata, your primary responsibility will be to conduct Research & Development for the new range of machineries in the Diamond Cutting Tool's Industry. You will also be in charge of Power Tools servicing, building and managing relationships with both B2B and B2C clients, as well as ensuring satisfactory after-sales service. Your daily tasks will include power tools servicing, sales planning and management, inventory management, and establishing a strong dealer network. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges and implement effective solutions will be a key part of your role. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Research & Development for new machineries in the Diamond Cutting Tool's Industry - Handle Power Tools servicing - Build and manage relationships with B2B and B2C clients - Ensure satisfactory after-sales service - Manage sales planning and inventory - Establish a strong dealer network - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address technical challenges Qualifications: - B. Sc./ M.
