You will be responsible for sales and sales operations of medical equipment/devices in the Medical division. Your primary role will involve conducting lead generation, lead follow up, pre and post sales coordination, as well as organizing and conducting training programs for Clinical/Para Clinical professionals. Your key responsibilities will include technical sales and lead generation for medical devices and equipment in North India and East India, with a primary focus on the Eye and ENT segment. You will be required to have a good understanding of Human Anatomy and basic physiological processes to prepare technical presentations for product promotion. Additionally, you will be expected to undertake key account management of medical institutions, prepare quotations and technical proposals, and ensure complete sales follow up including post sales follow ups. Proficiency in computer and internet use is essential for this role, along with experience in dealer networking. To be successful in this position, you must have 2-5 years of experience in technical sales, specifically in the Eye and ENT segment or Ophthalmology. Experience in the medical device or equipment industry is preferred, along with a Graduate degree in Biomedical/Life Sciences/Biotechnology/Pharma/B.Sc. possessing technical and clinical acumen of sales.
