Tools Engineer

As a Systems Administrator, your primary responsibility will involve deploying new technologies, designing, installing, configuring, maintaining, and testing PC/server operating systems, networks, and related utilities and hardware. You will play a crucial role in troubleshooting reported problems, supporting Web access and electronic messaging services, and ensuring a secure systems environment. Your expertise will be instrumental in providing infrastructure solutions based on application needs and expected growth, installing new servers, and maintaining the infrastructure. Collaboration with clients and technical colleagues across all functional areas will be essential for success. Your ability to diagnose and resolve complex hardware, software, and connectivity issues will be a key aspect of your role. Additionally, you may support one or more systems or applications of low to medium complexity, ensuring control, integrity, and accessibility for multiple concurrent users.
