OPERATIONS & FINANCE MANAGER

As a Manufacturing Operations Manager, your role involves overseeing daily manufacturing operations to ensure smooth production and timely order completion. You will be responsible for monitoring production flow, coordinating with departments, and ensuring operational efficiency. Additionally, you will prepare and analyze MIS reports covering production, finance, and operations to support management in decision-making through data analysis and operational insights. Managing cash flow and fund flow, and assisting in financial monitoring and cost control will also be a part of your key responsibilities. Ensuring compliance with company policies, SOPs, and safety standards, as well as assisting in budgeting, forecasting, and overall operational planning are crucial aspects of your role. Your qualifications should include a BBA/MBA degree and a minimum of 3 years of experience in finance/operations. The skills required for this role include strong analytical and financial understanding, operations and production monitoring, MIS reporting and data analysis, cash flow and fund flow management, coordination and communication skills, as well as problem-solving and decision-support abilities.
