Perform manual and automated checks to verify client information. Maintain organized, secure, and compliant records of verification results. Always ensure data confidentiality and security. Conduct real-time identity verifications via video conferencing. Required Skills & Qualifications: Bachelors degree in arts, Commerce, etc (except BE) Strong verbal and written communication skills. Eagerness to learn and adapt to the KYC industry standard. Client-focused with excellent interpersonal and analytical skills. Typing speed: 30-40 WPM with 95% accuracy. Knowledge of KYC processes, document verification, and regulatory compliance.
