Diploma Engineer Trainee - Mechanical / Electrical

As a Production Supervisor, you will be responsible for monitoring daily production activities and ensuring the achievement of shift targets. You will allocate manpower efficiently and supervise the proper utilization of workmen during the shift. Your role will involve overseeing furnace operations, refining, casting, and related processes specific to the industry. Additionally, you will be in charge of ensuring the proper operation of manufacturing machines such as melting pots, rollers, conveyors, mixers, and battery plate equipment. It will also be part of your responsibilities to maintain shift production logs, downtime records, and material consumption sheets.
